How to Add Your Badge on Credly
Receive Your Badge Notification
After completing your certification, you will receive an email from Credly with your digital badge.
Log in to Credly
Visit Credly’s website and log in to your account.
Claim Your Badge
Click on the link provided in your badge notification email to claim your badge.
Automatic Badge Addition
If you already have a Credly account, your badge may be added automatically without requiring an email.
Troubleshooting Guide
No Email Received?
Email Account: Make sure your TryHackMe email is the same as your Credly email.
Check Spam/Junk Folders: Sometimes emails are filtered incorrectly.
Check Your Credly Account: If no email was received, your badge might already be available in your Credly dashboard.
Activation Issues?
Verify the Email Link: Ensure the link in your email is valid and hasn't expired.
Correct Credly Account: Make sure you’re logged into the right Credly account.
Contact Support: If issues persist, reach out to Credly Support.
