Creating a ticket
To create a ticket, click on the chat bubble located on the bottom right of any page:
Next, click "Send us a message":
You can then select from multiple paths, depending on your query.
Please note that not all paths will lead to a ticket, only requests that require our intervention will.
Once you are at the end of the path, you will need to create a ticket by clicking "Create ticket" :
Fill out the required fields with as much information as possible, and create your ticket:
Viewing an existing ticket
Once you've created a ticket, you will be directed to the status page:
You will get notified via email when someone from the support team updates your ticket.
If you wish to view your ticket at any moment, re-open the chat, click on "Recent message":
Once in the chat, click on the submitted ticket:
