Adoption Period - First 3 Months
After your first four weeks you will be invited to a follow-up call with your CSM. On this call you can:
Discuss feedback on the platform, content and management dashboard
Review any challenges you may have had
Raise any content or feature requests
Put together a collaborative Success Plan with your CSM, with clear goals to work towards over the next 1-2 quarters. Your CSM will also set tasks and reminders to follow up on any requests or tasks that are required
At this point it is important to continue to utilise the features of the Management Dashboard, or to try new features you have not yet taken a look at. For example, you may have assigned an introductory Learning Path for the first month - if this has been completed you could then look to assign a custom Module or Path on topics and tools specific to your business.
We suggest keeping these things in mind for the next few months:
As with any training program or development plan, you should always aim to be working towards something, and the best way to do this is via Assignments.
Not only does this keep your team motivated and engaged, it will also allow you to clearly assess the value of the platform, and any return on investment you have received.
Assess your team's skills and knowledge with Challenge rooms
Depending on your team’s competency level, you could look to engage them with competition features such as King of The Hill or the CTF builder
This period is all about building on the great start that your team has made on the platform and realising the value that can be achieved. We hope by now that this is clear and that TryHackMe is becoming an important, and enjoyable tool for your team’s development and training!
Depending on the arrangements you have made with your Customer Success Manager, you may have a review call scheduled 3-4 months into your subscription to review your progress towards goals set out in your Success Plan, discuss any benefits or challenges, review feedback and set new goals.
