Evaluating TryHackMe

When it comes to renewing your TryHackMe licenses or purchasing new ones, it is important to know if the platform has been successful for you, your team and your business so you can make clear decisions.

Calls throughout the year with your Customer Success Manager will offer a great chance to do this, and they will be very interested to hear your thoughts and feedback, and they will regularly ask you questions to gauge your opinions and help you understand the value you are getting.

We like to suggest the following questions so you can evaluate the success of TryHackMe and how it has related to your training plan:

  • Are you happy with your team’s usage?

    • And has your team been able to use the platform as much as you intended?

  • Have your original goals been achieved?

    • If not, why? Is it due to issues with the product or other factors?

  • Have your team’s on-the-job performance improved?

    • For example, is there a reduction in dwell time, a reduction in the number of false positives or an improved MTTR?

  • Is the learning content relevant and up to date?

  • Is the platform developing as you would hope?

  • Do your team enjoy using the platform and do they find the content interesting?

  • Are you satisfied with the service you have received?

We hope the answers to these questions will be positive, and we are always here to help you and your team get the absolute most value for your money. If you ever have concerns with the value you are getting, or if you are experiencing challenges with engagement or perhaps issues with the platform, please contact your Customer Success Manager!
