The new landing page is designed to give managers instant visibility and actionable insights into how their teams are progressing, engaging, and building cybersecurity skills.
What's New
A Clearer Overview at a Glance
The redesigned landing page brings together the most important information into a single, easy-to-digest view:
Active Users - Quickly see how many of your licenses are in use and who’s pending an invite.
Assignment Completion Rates - Track progress across assignments and spot overdue items.
Questions Answered - Monitor how much hands-on learning your team is completing in real time.
Team Skills Progression
Visualise how your team’s skills are growing over time with our progression graphs. Filter by skills, roles, or specific timeframes to zoom in on what matters most to you. You can also change the view to the Current skills view that will show you the current progression snapshot of your team, which you can filter by role and team member.
Assignment Progress Tracking
Stay on top of all assignments with a dedicated progress overview section. Instantly check which assignments are on track, in progress, or overdue, helping you keep learners accountable and engaged.
Leaderboards for Motivation
We’ve integrated a team leaderboard so you can celebrate progress, recognise top performers, and encourage a healthy dose of friendly competition.

We’re excited to also introduce a revamped user management flow in the Management Dashboard, designed to make adding team members smoother and more powerful than ever.
Until now, admins could only add users manually but with this update, you can now:
Bulk import users via CSV
Assign skills right away
Directly place users into groups
Automatically assign relevant work
All from one streamlined process.
What’s New
Flexible User Onboarding
Admins can still add users one by one, but now with more control:
Select roles when adding users
Tag skills to guide training recommendations
Place users directly into existing groups or create new groups directly for these new added users
Bulk Upload with CSV
Save time by importing multiple users in one go with our CSV upload option. Perfect for onboarding large teams in minutes.
Smarter Assignments from Day One
We’ve rethought the add-user flow to reduce admin overhead:
Case 1 - Adding to an existing group: New users are automatically assigned the group’s latest active assignment
Case 2 - Adding without a group: The system recommends a starter module based on selected skills. Admins can assign it instantly, or skip if preferred
Case 3 - Adding while creating a new group: Create a new group on the fly, users you have just added will be placed in it, and assign recommended training content immediately
This means new users are never left waiting for their first assignment, and admins don’t need to jump between pages to set things up.
