I Can't Log In To My Account

Forgotten your password or lost access to your email? Here's how to get back in.

How To Reset Your Password

  1. On the log-in page, select Forgot password?.

  2. Enter the email address on your account.

  3. Open the reset link in the email we send you and choose a new password.

[Grey callout] If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your inbox for TryHackMe. Work and university email systems, and masked or forwarding addresses, sometimes block our emails.

I Signed Up With Google, GitHub Or LinkedIn

If you created your account with one of these, you don't have a TryHackMe password to reset. Select the same option on the log-in page to sign in.

I've Lost Access To My Email

We can move your account to a new email address once we've confirmed the account is yours. Please email [email protected] with:

  1. Your username

  2. The email address on the account

  3. How you signed up (email, Google, GitHub or LinkedIn)

  4. If you've ever paid, any past invoice or the payment date and the last 4 digits of the card

[Red callout] Important: Never send us your password or your full card number. We will never ask for them.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm asked for a two-factor code that I don't have.

Use one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on 2FA. If you've lost those too, contact us through the Messenger by selecting My account, then 2FA.

I still can't get in.

Email [email protected] or open the Messenger and select My account, then Can't log in or lost my email.
