Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are confident that you will be happy with our services. However, we recognize that certain circumstances may require you to request a refund.
Eligible for Refund
Annual Membership Subscriptions (7-Day Cooling-Off Period)
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that no course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
To qualify:
The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
No course content may have been accessed or downloaded during this period.
If either condition is not met, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
Not Eligible for Refund
Monthly Membership Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
When purchasing a monthly or annual subscription, you agree to recurring renewal charges, as explained on the Why Subscribe page at the time of plan selection.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for that period.
Vouchers
All voucher purchases are strictly non-refundable, with no exceptions.
Single Course Purchases & Certifications
Professional certifications, AWS training, and Azure Cloud Training purchases are non-refundable. Users have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete the professional certification (eg SAL1, PT1) exam.

To request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your email address (associated with the subscription), the purchase invoice, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.
