TryHackMe Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are confident that you will be happy with our services. However, we recognize that certain circumstances may require you to request a refund.

  1. Monthly Membership Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions to TryHackMe are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the subscription period they are purchased for. The subscription renews automatically at the end of the term if not cancelled before the renewal. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to a renewal charge for the service, whether it is monthly or annually. This is explained on the Why Subscribe page where you select your plan. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the service for the remainder of your billing cycle, but you will not receive a refund.

  2. Annual Membership Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions have a 7-day cooling-off period, during which you may request a full refund, provided you have not accessed or downloaded any course materials. To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made no later than 7 days after the purchase date. After this period, or if course materials have been accessed or downloaded within the initial 7 days, refunds will not be granted.

  3. Vouchers: voucher purchases are non-refundable, no exceptions.

  4. Single Course Purchases: If you are not satisfied with a single course purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the course material. After 7 days, or if the course materials have been accessed or downloaded within the initial 7 days, we cannot offer a refund.

  5. Exceptions: We may make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis if there are extenuating circumstances. For example, if you experienced technical difficulties that prevented you from accessing the platform or if there was a problem with a course that was not resolved in a reasonable time frame.

How To Request A Refund?

To request a refund, please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your email address (associated with the subscription), the purchase invoice, and a brief explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

Alternatively, you can submit a ticket through the website's chat.

We recommend that customers explore our freemium license offering, which includes plenty of free content, before making a purchase to ensure the service meets their needs. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please feel free to reach out to us.
