How To Downgrade From MAX

You can downgrade from MAX at any time:

  • MAX Monthly users can downgrade to Premium Monthly or Free.

  • MAX Yearly users can downgrade to Premium Yearly or Free.

  • Premium users can downgrade to Free.

A few things to know about downgrades:

  • Changing billing frequency on a downgrade is not supported. For example, you can't move from MAX Yearly straight to Premium Monthly.

  • Downgrades become effective at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep your existing benefits until that date.
