Before You Delete Your Account

If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you're not charged again. You can do this from the subscription page of your profile; see Cancelling Your Subscription for the full steps.

Important: Deleting your account schedules it for permanent deletion. You can still recover it by logging in during the grace period, but once that ends your personal data, progress and any ongoing subscription are permanently erased. The grace period is 7 days.

How To Delete Your Account

  1. Open the menu under your avatar and select Manage Account.

  2. On Account Details, scroll to Delete your account at the bottom of the page.

  3. Select Delete My Account and confirm.
