How To Cancel The Subscription Plan?
If you are subscribed to one of our plans, you can cancel your subscription directly from your profile. When you open your profile, you will see a Cancel Subscription button. Clicking it will take you to a confirmation page.
To complete the cancellation, approve part I understand that by proceeding, I will lose access to all Premium benefits and press Cancel subscription button.
Once confirmed, your subscription renewal will be successfully canceled.

Do I lose my subscription benefits immediately?
No, you do not. Canceling your subscription only stops auto-renewal - you will continue to have access to your benefits until the end of your current billing period.
Will I lose any of my progress?
No, canceling your subscription does not affect your progress. However, once your subscription ends, you will lose access to premium features, including subscriber-only rooms.
But do not worry! Your progress will be saved, and you can regain access by resubscribing anytime.
I canceled my subscription by mistake!
No problem! Simply press the green button on your profile (which replaces the Cancel Subscription button). It is titled Restore Subscription - clicking it will immediately reactivate your subscription renewal.
How do I change my payment details?
To update your payment details or switch plans, scroll down on the same page. At the bottom, you will find the option to Manage Payment Details.
Please note that removing a card requires a request through customer support.
