The reporting feature provides you with a detailed overview of your users progress and activity across TryHackMe. You can view content completion, assignment progress, time spent in platform, platform activity (completed rooms and questions answered), as well as view and compare your team’s skills on the skills matrix.

Content Report

The Content reports lets you see your team members completion percentage of the Learning Paths, Modules and Rooms on your management dashboard.

You have three filters you can choose from: Content Type, Content and Users. The first allows you to select Learning Paths, Modules or Rooms. The Content filter displays all Learning Paths, Modules or Rooms from your Management Dashboard, and they are marked as Custom or THM content. You can then use the Users filter to select all users, specific user groups or individual users. If you would like to view the completion of native TryHackMe Learning Paths, you can clone it from the Learning Paths page and then select it in the Content filter.

The filters are not set by default, so the chart will not have data to display.

Assignments Report

The Assignments report allows you to view the completion percentage of any Assignments you have created. You can select individual or multiple users, or groups to appear in the results. Selecting multiple assignments will show the combined completion percentage of all the selected Assignments.

Time Report

The Time report lets you know how much time your users spend on rooms. You can specify the room type in the filters (Challenge or Walkthrough) and use the date picker to select a date range.

Activity Report

The Activity report gives you data on your user's activity (room completion or questions answered) for the selected date range.

Time by Content

The Time by Content report lets you view how much time users are spending on the content on your dashboard - this could be custom or existing Learning Paths, Modules and Rooms.

Skills Matrix

The Skills Matrix report lets you compare the skills matrix of individuals or groups in your team. Selecting a Group will display the average skill scores of all users in the group.

Important: The Skills Matrix calculates skills based on content completion for rooms tagged with those topics.

Downloading reports and data

On selected reports, admins have the ability to export either the raw data as a .csv file, or a PNG image file of the chart.
